Hybrid Adult Faith Exploration Classes

Our second Faith Formation class on The 7 Deadly Sins of White Christian Nationalism by Carter Heyward is this Sunday, March 30, from 12-1pm in Friendship Hall.  We’ll be reflecting on these questions about information from chapters 3-10. 
1) How would you define sin?  How has it been defined in your life?  How has this book changed or challenged your understanding? and
2) Of the 7 deadly sins in Heyward’s book – the lust for omnipotence, entitlement, white supremacy, misogyny, capitalist spirituality, domination of the earth and its creatures, and violence – which one impacts or challenges you the most?

We’ll have some copies to share on Sunday but encourage you to print out the attachments if you’re able and bring them with you to the class.  If you have the book, please bring it with you to use as a reference.
